To purchase components or track shipments, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

4. Transactions & Payments (Razorpay)

All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) or localized currency, exclusive of statutory taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Payments are processed securely via our partnered transaction processing agency (Razorpay).
• By placing an order, you authorize us and our processor to charge the selected payment method (Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, NetBanking, Wallets) for the full purchase amount, including taxes and shipping.
• In case of transaction failures where money is debited but the order is not placed, the amount will be processed for refund automatically within 5-7 working days.

5. Shipping, Dispatch & Delivery Timeline

Orders are usually processed and dispatched same-day or within 24-48 working hours of payment confirmation. Delivery times vary between 3 to 7 business days depending on the customer's shipping address. OneStepMart utilizes reliable third-party carrier agencies and is not liable for shipping delays caused by regional disruptions or carrier errors, although our support team will actively assist in tracking packages.

6. Returns, Replacements & Refund Grievances

To guarantee payment gateway compliance, the following return conditions apply to transactions:

• We offer a 7-Day Replacement Policy for manufacturing defects in microcontrollers or sensor boards.
• Users must notify our support team within 7 days of delivery with proper evidence (such as photos/videos showing component failure).
• Approved returns will be processed for replacement or refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment source (via Razorpay) within 5-10 business days of product receipt and inspection.

7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

In no event shall OneStepMart be held liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or integration of our electronic components in user projects (including personal injury, hardware damage, or project loss). These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and all disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located at our registered location.
